Whole30 Spicy Pork & Pesto Zoodles


For the pork
1 lb of ground pork
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes
2 tbsp coconut cream

For the pesto
1/2 C olive oil
2 C fresh basil leaves
1 garlic clove
Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 C pine nuts
Optional: 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

For the zoodles
4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
