Elizabeth Garcia
Assistant Director, County of Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services

Ms. Garcia is the Assistant Director of the County of Los Angeles’ Department of Public Social Services, overseeing the Bureau of Administrative Services. She is an experienced administrator with extensive background in the areas of health and healthcare, finance and human resources. Ms. Garcia also previously served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Charles Drew University School of Medicine and Science, and has been involved in real estate and construction coordination. Ms. Garcia’s background in healthcare will help ACOF strengthen its focus on supportive services. Ms. Garcia joined ACOF’s Board in 2009.
