Thank you for your interest in housing within A Community of Friends (ACOF).

ACOF provides permanent supportive housing to people, including families, who are experiencing homelessness and are living with a mental health condition.

In order to receive housing within ACOF, you must be referred to us by The Los Angeles County Coordinated Entry System (LA County CES). LA County CES is the database used to connect people, including families, who are currently experiencing homelessness to the housing program that best meets their needs. If you or someone you know is experiencing homelessness, visit the nearest CES Access Center to make an appointment to complete an intake housing assessment. The directory can be found by clicking the following link: https://www.lahsa.org/documents?id=4355-updated-ces-access-center-directory.pdf

If you are experiencing homelessness, but are unable to physically attend a CES Access Center, you can complete a self-referral form so that an outreach team member can come to where you are located and assist you in completing an intake housing assessment: https://www.lahsa.org/portal/apps/la-hop/request

If you are not experiencing homelessness and are seeking affordable housing, please find a list of available resources below:
