Yummy Vegan Avocado Toast!

“When I’m running late for work and want a satisfying snack that will keep me full until dinner.  I grab a few vegetables from my cooler and some bread.”

Recipe:

  1. Avocado
  2. Cherry Tomatoes (2)
  3. Red Onion (diced)
  4. Cilantro Leaves (raw)
  5. Red Pepper Flakes ( ½ teaspoon
  6. Himalayan Sea Salt (to taste)
  7. Lime (juice 1/2tsp)
  8. Whole Grain Toast (2 slices)
