Three More Communities on the Way

ArlingtonSquareArlington Square will be a 100% special needs community targeting individuals who are homeless and living with mental illness. Of the 47 units, 35% will be for veterans who are homeless and disabled and 10 units will be for people living with HIV/AIDS. Arlington Square will include a community room with a kitchen and television/lounge area, fitness center, picnic and barbeque area, onsite laundry rooms, a lushly landscaped courtyard, and onsite supportive services. BeverlyTerraceBeverly Terrace will start construction this December in partnership with St. Anne’s Maternity Home. The land for Beverly Terrace was acquired in 2012 and the completed project will provide 40 units for single mothers and homeless families. Onsite amenities include an early learning center for infant care through pre-school, a landscaped rooftop deck, community room, and laundry rooms. The project was designed with many environmentally sustainable features and is targeting LEED ® Gold certification.

SilverStarSilver Star Apartments will be a 100% special needs community targeting homeless veterans. The project will consist of a three-story building with on-grade parking with 48 one-bedroom units. Amenities will include a community garden, fitness room, meditation area, art space, community kitchen and onsite supportive services. The project will be highly sustainable, targeting LEED® Platinum certification.
