Project Update: Casa del Sol

We are happy to announce that the framing of the fourth (and final) floor of Casa del Sol has been completed! Framing of the roof will be completed this month.

Casa del Sol, a City of Los Angeles Proposition HHH-funded project, is a $21.8 million permanent supportive housing complex with 44 apartments and approximately 3,500 square feet of community space. The unit mix is 15 studios, 28 one-bedrooms, and one manager’s unit. Casa del Sol will serve seniors who have experienced homelessness and have a mental health diagnosis.

Amenities will include a community room and kitchen, lounge, outdoor courtyard with seating, onsite laundry, fitness and computer lab. Casa del Sol will pursue LEED® Gold Certification.
