Fullerton Heights Ribbon-Cutting

A Community of Friends thanks everyone, including Mayor Jesus Silva and County of Orange Supervisor, Doug Chaffee, for their participation during the Fullerton Heights Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony.

Fullerton Heights is a 36-unit, mixed tenancy apartment complex known primarily as a permanent supportive housing community. Two-thirds of the apartments are reserved for formerly homeless individuals and families affected by mental illness, with the remaining one-third for low-income families. This $18.8 million, new construction project includes 18 one-bedroom apartments, seven (7) two-bedroom apartments, and 11 three-bedroom apartments. In addition, Fullerton Heights has attained U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED® Silver certification.
