Director of Housing

Mee Heh Risdon joined A Community of Friends in November 2017 and currently serves as Director of Housing.

Mee Heh Risdon, Director of Housing, oversees management of all aspects of multifamily housing development for ACOF, supervising a team of seven.  Prior to joining ACOF in November 2017, Ms. Risdon was a senior loan officer for a national nonprofit intermediary, originating $83 million in loans for permanent supportive housing.  She has also been involved in all aspects of affordable housing including feasibility analysis, acquisitions, planning and project management, having worked at various other nonprofit development organizations for 15 years before joining ACOF. Ms. Risdon received a Master’s degree in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Stanford University.
