Interim Director of Property Management
Diedra Mosley joined A Community of Friends in March 2016 and currently serves as Interim Director of Property Management. Ms. Mosley transitioned from Assistant Director of Property Management into the role of Interim Director of Property Management in October 2019. She has worked in the property management field for over fifteen years and the affordable housing industry for over 20 years.
She has extensive experience with conventional, LIHTC (tax credit) and section 8 properties. Ms. Mosley is responsible for the direct supervision of a portfolio of 16 properties throughout Los Angeles County. Ms. Mosley provides oversight and leadership, develops and implements policies and best practices, and ensures that property management staff is trained in all operations of property management, which allows consistency in policies, practices and procedures. She possesses in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, low-income housing tax credits, section 8 and marketing.
She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Assisted Housing Manager (CAHM), Quadel Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TaCCs)
