Chief Operating Officer

Carlos Gonzalez joined A Community of Friends in December 2022 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Gonzalez has 15 years in the social services field holding progressively more responsible positions in program services as well as in chief innovation and strategy roles.  As COO, he oversees ACOF’s housing development, property management, and services functions, ensuring full integration of ACOF’s supportive housing model. Mr. Gonzalez has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
