The LA County Fair Goes POP and celebrates LA’s iconic pop culture from Aug. 30 to Sept. 22, and to bring the spirit of pop-up shops and events in LA to life, the Fair is hosting a “POP-Up” to celebrate the official announcement of LA County Day.
