Workplace Giving
Support A Community of Friends through the Los Angeles Combined Federal Campaign (LACFC), the California State Employees Charitable Campaign (CSECC), or other workplace campaigns. When you choose to designate A Community of Friends, your gift is used to help homeless children, families and individuals with special needs in your local community.
Employer Matching Gift Programs
Many companies match employee and/or retiree charitable contributions annually, dollar-for-dollar up to a given amount per company policy through a company Matching Gift program.
If you work for, or are retired from, a company that matches employee gifts, please contact them directly to obtain a matching gift form from the Human Resource Office. Please send it to us and we will complete the form for your company’s matching gift.

ACOF accepts donations at our Residential Services offices. Please call William Membreno, Residential Services Coordinator - Outreach, at (323) 757-0670 or email wmembreno@acof.org to arrange a time to drop off your donations. We regret that we are unable to pick up donations.
ACOF does not re-sell donated items. The only exception to this policy involves items that are donated toward the silent auction that we hold during our Annual Awards Event. In this case, 100% of auction proceeds directly support our supportive housing development program.
Plan a small Fundraiser for your friends and/or co-workers.
